The Planar Synthesis Alliance (PSA) is a coalition of Heaven, Surface, Hell, and R'lyehian realm representatives. Formed after the cataclysmic fall of Baphomet, the PSA stands vigilant against renewed threats from Baphomet or the remnants of his bloodthirsty Zha'ktuul Court. United in Purgatory, a neutral realm between all planes, we safeguard peace and freedom for all sentient beings.

A monarch both beautiful and terrifying, Sh'laa is devoted to interplanar synthesis through wisdom, not fear.
Current Inter-Realm Laws:
- Inter-Realm Currency Act: All trade goods and services must display prices in the official currencies of Heaven, Surface, Hell, and R'lyehian Realms. Payment may be made in any of the four currencies, with exchange rates enforced by the Purgatory Market Authority.
- Inter-Realm Union Act: This act establishes official channels and initiatives designed to foster cultural, diplomatic, and personal relationships between the four member realms, strengthening interplanar unity and mutual aid.
